COMPREHENSIVE CYBER COVERAGE
American Public Entity Programs (APEP), through an A.M. Best “A” rated carrier, is providing a comprehensive Cyber Insurance policy to its Liability-Auto-Property (LAP) pool members. This policy affords a number of first and third-party coverages, ranging from data breach coverage, forensic investigation, and data recovery; whether through the action of an employee or an outsider.
The policy also provides many other coverages such as:

• Regulatory Fines
• Cyber Extortion
• Social Engineering Financial Fraud

In the event of breach, American Public Entity Programs will have access to event management and breach consultative services from best-in-class breach responders with experience in computer forensics, data breach notification, credit and ID monitoring, and legal counsel.

COMPETITIVE PROGRAMS & NO DIRECT COST!
The Cyber Insurance policy provides a $1 million per occurrence limit, a $2 million member aggregate limit, and a $10 million pool aggregate limit. Coverage for this group policy is provided by American Public Entity Programs (APEP) to its insureds under a shared limit policy.
