American Public Entity Programs, (APE)

American Public Entity Programs (APE) is pleased to announce the establishment of a new Employment Practices Help Line, a dedicated resource for members involving employment related issues. The APE help line is staffed by attorneys that specialize in employment law in understand the challenges municipalities face on employment related issues. The Employment Practices Help Line is not a legal service; it is a support network for Municipalities, Board of Education and related entities underwritten in the APE program.

Or consultative employment practices services would deal with issues such as;

American Public Entity broker/clients will have exclusive access to this helpline. If an issue is beyond the scope of the a APE help line, the attorney will provide direction to the member on where to get appropriate assistance. All calls are confidential.
